Return and Exchange Policy for Products Sold (As Display)
Under this policy, the customer acknowledges and expressly agrees that certain products are sold in their current condition (Display), and that they may contain visible cosmetic defects, including scratches, dents, or non-functional cracks that do not affect operational performance.
First: Scope of Application
This policy applies to all products that are classified and sold as (Display), whether they are display items, opened products, or discounted due to their condition.
Second: Acknowledgment and Agreement
Completing the purchase process constitutes a final legal acknowledgment by the customer of the following:
- The customer has fully inspected the product and such inspection removes any uncertainty.
- The customer has reviewed the product’s condition and accepts it as a final acceptance.
- The customer is aware of the presence of visible cosmetic defects and fully agrees to them.
Third: Exchange and Return
- The customer is not entitled to request a return, exchange, or refund for products sold (Display) after completing the purchase, for any reason whatsoever.
- No claims related to cosmetic defects or the visible condition of the product will be accepted.
Fourth: Maintenance and Warranty
- All maintenance, repair, or warranty services — if any — shall be the sole responsibility of the authorized agent or supplier of the product.
- The selling company shall bear no obligation for maintenance, repair, or warranty within its showrooms or branches.
- The customer is obligated to communicate directly with the authorized agent or supplier in accordance with their approved terms and conditions.
Fifth: Limitation of Liability
- The company disclaims full responsibility for any claims arising from cosmetic defects, misuse, or misunderstanding of the nature of the product sold (Display).
- The company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the product outside the scope of the warranty provided by the authorized agent or supplier.
Sixth: Priority of Text
This policy shall be considered an integral part of the sales contract and complementary to what is stated in the invoice. This policy shall prevail in the event of any conflict with any other understanding or interpretation.
