Cancel orders

Decline/Non-acceptance of payment  

• If the delivery address given by the customer is wrong, the contact information is wrong, or the customer cannot be reached.

 

Technical issues

In case of a technical defect, the amount will be returned within a maximum period of 24 hours

 

 Order cancellation by customer:

To proceed with the cancellation process, you must first contact us on the unified number.

Orders cannot be canceled after actual shipment with shipping companies. In case a cancellation request, receipt of the product must be refused from the shipping company. The product must be received and receipt confirmed within 14 working days, which is a different period than the financial return period, which is 14 working days.

 

You may cancel your order for any of the following reasons:

• If the order has not been delivered or shipped to you.
• In case of cancellation after the order has been shipped or sent, a cancellation fee will be charged to you.
• We reserve the full right to match the time your order was shipped to the time you submitted your cancellation request.
• If we cannot provide/deliver the requested product/service within a reasonable period of time (20) working days from the day the order was confirmed.
