Return & Exchange

 

Maintenance, Return & Replacement Policy

The goods will be serviced, returned, or replaced by customers in the following cases:

  • The customer, in coordination with customer services in winter and summer, has the right to maintain the device at the agent during the warranty period, in the event of a malfunction, unless the fault violates the instructions for use attached to the device, specified by the agent
  • The customer has the right to request the return of the product within seven days from the date of purchase, provided that the product is wrapped in its original condition with all its contents and has not been used, and is backed by the original invoice with proof of identity to complete the return or replacement process.
  • The customer has the right to request a return or replacement (the home appliance) after the approval and approval of the appliance agent in the event of a malfunction that does not violate the instructions for use during the warranty period.
  • Shipping and return fees are calculated on the customer for mobile and computer departments and all small parts if they conform to the return and exchange policy, at a value of 38 riyals.
  • As for large pieces, the customer will bear the shipping and return fees of 150 riyals in return for the shipping and return expenses.
  • All consumer products such as software, multimedia, DVDs, computers, mobile phones and accessories of all kinds, printers, fax machines, copiers, inks, cameras, shavers, personal care devices are subject to return or exchange if they are unused, intact and packaged. In its original condition.

 

Return and Exchange Terms


Basic terms and requirements to replace any item:

1 - The original purchase invoice must be attached.
2 - The device to be exchange should be in its original condition, without any use, with
all accessories, original packaging, and all packaging accessories.
3 - Exchange within a maximum of 7 days from the date of the invoice.
4 - Mention the reason of exchange.

 

Returns with a manufacturer defect:

Please contact the agent to send a technician to determine if the device has a
manufacturing defect (The approval of the agent must be gotten in this case to return).

 

Return of unwanted or unused product:

We will be pleased to meet your desire of return or exchange any unused product, or
that you have changed your opinion in the availability of return conditions and
requirements, which are seven days from the date of purchase, with the original
purchase invoice attached, and the device is in its unused condition.

 

The following products or these conditions cannot be returned or exchanged:

1 - A product that does not have a manufacturing defect and without original carton or
all original packaging accessories attached or without all accessories.
2 - The items that is given as gifts with the products have no guarantee at all, neither
from Sheta & Saif nor from the agent.
3 - Sheta & Saif is responsible for free delivery and installation of some products to the
customer for one time only, according to the date.
In case of a request for delivery or installation for another time, the customer will cost
an additional value of 99 riyals in case of (changing the customer’s opinion and
non-compliance with deadlines).
4 - Sheta & Saif are not responsible for changing prices after 3 days from the date of
the invoice if the product is received or not.
5 - The warranty is from the agent, not from Sheta & Saif.
6 - Additional fees are charged when delivering outside the city where the Sheta & Saif
branches are located, according to weight, size and region.
7 - The company is not responsible for providing or storing the goods for a period of
more than 15 days from the date of the invoice, and 1% will be calculated as a storage
cost for each additional day, up to a maximum of 45 days. Then the company has the
right to cancel the invoice after deducting the storage fees and issuing a financial bond
valid for one year from the date of cancellation.
8 - A delivery fee of 30 riyals is calculated for an invoice whose value is less than 1000
riyals, for home appliances only.
9 - In case you wish to return the value of the invoice that was paid by credit card, the
amount will be returned to the same bank account through the bank .The Company is
not responsible for the return period to the customer’s bank account.

Air conditioners and installation:

- Installation services are applied at their specified value according to what was chosen
during the purchase process.
- With every air conditioner 4 meters copper + free floor chair for free.
- In case of chair is needed, an extra amount will be added.
- Installation does not include the following works (Unfixing and installing the old air
conditioner with advance fees - electricity installations - civil works - water drainage -
opening concrete - scaffolding works).
- Please keep the original invoice in order to install the air conditioner.
- After installation, the device becomes under the warranty of the agent, who be
responsible for all maintenance and repair work during the warranty period.
- There is a one year warranty on installation.
- The customer must prepare the location of installation, thankfully, to facilitate the
installation process (civil works, decoration, plumbing, air conditioning water
drainage...) and provide the appropriate electricity source.

Department of Computer and Technology Terms

- The product can be returned or exchanged within one day from the date of the invoice.
- The original invoice must be presented with the exit stamp.
- The product must be in its original packaging along with all accessories and manuals.

 

Any opened box returned or exchanged is subject to the following discount:

  • 40% on all products, taking into account the matching serial number and the absence
    of any restrictions on devices.

Sheta & Saif do not allow the return or exchange of damaged products as a result of
misuse, such as

  • scratches or malfunctions that occur as a result of voltage connections.
  • Wrong or missing parts of the product such as catalogs, accessories, etc.

Sheta & Saif company has the right to determine such cases.

- Software and multimedia are not refundable.
- Printers, fax machines, photocopiers and consumable products (such as toners) cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are in their original condition.
